Feel Relief is a 4-week, online mental wellness program. It is designed to help you reduce stress and give you the skills you need to self-manage daily challenges and achieve long lasting results.
The program includes access to mental health resources, an app to journal your emotions as well as weekly online sessions with your dedicated mental health expert, who will teach you useful techniques to address life with confidence, leaving you feeling more balanced and positive.
A four-week, fully remote mental health support program. It is designed to help you manage excessive stress during the COVID-19 pandemic about your health, the new way of living or your financial future, so you can turn anxiety into a balanced emotional state.
The program includes access to mental health resources and exercises, an app to journal your emotions as well as weekly online 15-minute sessions with qualified coaches who will teach you useful techniques to manage your stress levels during the global crisis.

A mobile app where you can journal your emotions to recognize patterns and triggers of thoughts, emotions, and behavior. It is based on evidence-based techniques that help people manage their problems by changing the way they think and behave.
Remote sessions with a qualified coach will be personalised based on your needs. The sessions themselves will take place via the Feel App once a week, lasting 15 minutes, and the coach will demonstrate useful techniques to address stress and negative feelings and offer grief counselling where needed.
Tutorials, exercises, tips, advice and reading material which focus on the challenges faced during the outbreak and use evidence-based techniques such as Mindfulness, and Positive Psychology will help you develop mental health coping skills.

If you have already been diagnosed with a mild to moderate mental health disorder such as anxiety or depression, our regular Feel Program would be a better solution for you. It is a comprehensive, 16-week mental health program that includes our proprietary Feel Emotion Sensor, the Feel Mobile App, weekly sessions with your Feel Provider and online educational tools and resources for resilience and long-term positive emotional habits.

All our coaches are required to be fully qualified. They either hold a Masters or Bachelors degree in health sciences and have 2-5 years of experience. Most of them are also Board Certified Coach (BCC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF) or certified with the National Board for Health and Wellness Coaching. Several of them are also licensed therapists.
